Pengawal Keselamatan
Job Description:
- Menentukan keselamatan aset syarikat.
- Memberi perlindungan kepada semua pekerja.
- Memeriksa semua individu dan kenderaan keluar/masuk kawasan kilang.
- Membantu Penyelia keselamatan dalam mengekalkan/menguatkuasakan Polisi Keselamatn dan tanggungjawab.
- Zon larangan merokok.
- Kebersihan Pondok Pengawal.
- ‘Scan card’ Pekerja.
- Pas masuk pelawat/pembekal.
- Memaklumkan mana-mana pelanggaran disiplin oleh pengawal keselamatan kepada penyelia.
- Membantu penyelia keselamatan dalam mengendali latihan dalam kerja/bimbingan kepada pengawal keselamatan baru yang masih dalam tempoh percubaan.
Requirement:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Tahu menggunakan komputer.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam bidang keselamatan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun pengalaman dalam bidang keselamatan.

QC Inspector
Job Description:
- Perform raw materials pre-processing inspection, online processing inspection , finished products and packaging inspection; according to SOP, product and packing specification.
- Carry out daily hygiene and sanitation monitoring.
- Verify the accuracy of weighing scales.
- Carry out troubleshooting during production online.
- Test on the sensory properties of products from daily production.
- Collect samples for microbiological testing.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
- Computer literate, especially in MS Words and MS Excel.

QA Inspector
Job Description:
- Responsible for incoming raw materials such as prawns, fish, squid, scallop, crab, mussel and etc inspection.
- Responsible for incoming ingredient such as panko block, battermix, filo pastry, vegetables etc inspection.
- Responsible for all out source products inspection.
- Responsible in the preparation and sending of microbiological and/or chemical sample for incoming raw materials, ingredients and outsource product.
- Responsible for production on line raw material inspection.
- To carry out daily calibration on weighing scale/pH meter/salt meter used in QA lab.
- Responsible in applied research and development activities.
- Responsible in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of QA inspection lab and coldroom.
Requirement:

Production Officer
Job Description:
- To conduct the standard time study for the products processes in CPC, CSR & PEELING STATION and set the target for each and every product.
- To monitor the operating efficiency & productivity based on the target set by process engineer:
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring the production is cost effective i.e. product yield and wastage.
- Monitoring and updating product manufacturing cost.
- Making sure that product on time and are of good quality.
- Monitoring and improving on production setup time.
- Work with QA and PD team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement.
- Ensure competent, motivated and manufacturing workforce by leading team of supervisor towards effective and efficient supervisory team.
- Resources planning:
- Monitoring and ensuring effective resources planning include reviewing worker performance.
- Monitoring the manpower utilization’s effectiveness.
- Developing work station requirement for each process, and verifying daily manpower planning.
- Identify training needs for the workers in terms of operating the machine and also on the process.
- To work closely with PD and procurement on setting up the raw material specification on block product.
- In charge of improvement projects related to production.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Food Technology or 2 years relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge in food safety, GMP, HACCP, BRC and HALAL standard.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill to work with various departments.
- Analytical thinking and good in trouble shooting skill.

Assistant Supervisor Production
Job Description:
- To supervise line leaders and production workers to ensure the products are produced according to SOP, product and packing specification.
- To ensure the quantity of the products is produced as per schedule planned.
- To ensure the processing lines and machines are set up according to SOP for each and every production run.
- To conduct daily briefing to line leader and workers on the production planned.
- To identify the raw materials and ingredient to be used according to product and packing specification for each and every production planned.
- To verify the production report, output and yield for each and every production run against the standard.
- To participate during audit and ensure the production in order.
- To acknowledge QC report for each and every production run.

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or Diploma in related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of production supervising experience in food processing or any filed related in manufacturing company.

- Understand production process and able to supervise and lead the line staffs to achieve objective set.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Product Development Officer
Job Description:
- Responsible in monthly update of Ingredient Master List to ensure new ingredient are included into the active list and obsolete ingredients is removed from the list.
- Responsible for screening through the product specification provided by suppliers in regards to each country’s regulation.
- Responsible in sample evaluation report issuance for approved ingredients and make sure the documents are in place.
- To coordinate with external lab on sample sending for analysis.
- Responsible to update the product allergen control group and allergen risk assessment for ingredients and finished product.
- To coordinate with GFTI technical team on the documentation in regards to ingredient specification, product shelf life etc.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Food Technology or Food Science.
- Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience but fresh graduates are also welcomed.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good written and spoken communication ability in English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Flexible, proactive and able to work under stress.
