Production Supervisor

Job Description:

  • To supervise line leaders and production workers to ensure the products are produced according to SOP, product and packing specification.
  • To ensure the quantity of the products is produced as per schedule planned.
  • To ensure the processing lines and machines are set up according to SOP for each and every production run.
  • To conduct daily briefing to line leader and workers on the production planned.
  • To identify the raw materials and ingredients to be used according to product and packing specification for each and every production planned.
  • To To issue Material Transfer Note (MTN) and Sub Material Requisition Note (SMRN) for raw material and ingredient, respectively for each and every production run.
  • To manage and manpower allocation for production.
  • To verify the production report, output and yield for each and every production run against the standard.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or Diploma in related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of production supervising experience in food processing or any field related in manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge on HACCP, GMP, Allergen and HALAL.
  • Understand production process and able to supervise and lead the line staff to achieve objectives set.
  • Knowledge in ERP system, Globobox, Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure.

QC Inspector

Job Description:

  • Perform raw materials pre-processing inspection, online processing inspection , finished products and packaging inspection; according to SOP, product and packing specification.
  • Carry out daily hygiene and sanitation monitoring.
  • Verify the accuracy of weighing scales.
  • Carry out troubleshooting during production online.
  • Test on the sensory properties of products from daily production.
  • Collect samples for microbiological testing.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Words and MS Excel.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work overtime.

Brand Executive

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with the appointed advertising agency on brand communication materials designing in accordance to project basis and do the necessary follow-up to complete the projects/assignments.
  • Event planning i.e. coordination with organizer for effective execution. Internal coordination with various internal departments in particular Sales on logistic control, Accounts and Admin for general Administration task and support. Actively involved in negotiation of marketing plan that benefits the Company.
  • To take part and work hand-in-hand with Sales dept in ensuring efficient coordination of work flow involving sales promotion activities and road shows.
  • Implementation of Marketing activities and provide supporting role to ensure successful completion of projects set by Branding and Sales Dept.
  • Work closely with purchasing dept on sourcing of merchandise for promotional use.
  • To constantly brainstorm and come-up with plans, sales promotion mechanics that would touch-base with B2C customer that would bring about increase in sales turnover.
  • Plan and scheme activities that would build closer relationship with retail customers.
  • Participate actively in Company’s initiated activities such as those with social responsibilities in mind.
  • Involve in general administrative tasks in the Department.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma / Degree in Art/Design / Public Relations / Marketing or related field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Must possess good writing skills.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Brand support and promotion is required for this position.
  • Candidate with working experience in advertising agency or public relations is an added advantage.
  • Candidate with knowledge in Brand Management and Graphic Designing also has added advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure and provide effective leadership to the team.

QA Inspector

Job Description:

  • Responsible for incoming raw materials such as prawns, fish, squid, scallop, crab, mussel and etc inspection.
  • Responsible for incoming ingredient such as panko block, battermix, filo pastry, vegetables etc inspection.
  • Responsible for all out source products inspection.
  • Responsible in the preparation and sending of microbiological and/or chemical sample for incoming raw materials, ingredients and outsource product.
  • Responsible for production on line raw material inspection.
  • To carry out daily calibration on weighing scale/pH meter/salt meter used in QA lab.
  • Responsible in applied research and development activities.
  • Responsible in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of QA inspection lab and coldroom.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Words and MS Excel.

Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

  • To ensure effective and efficient maintenance at plant utilities equipment, support production line and general plant machineries (mechanical).
  • Overall in charge on production equipment and utilities equipment repair.
  • To carry out both preventive and breakdown maintenance work (production equipment and utilities equipment).

Senior Purchasing Executive

Job Description:

  • To assist in supervising the overall operations of the purchasing department.
  • To be responsible for coordinate various purchasing analysis report by department within dateline.
  • To be responsible for preparing monthly purchasing analysis report by department within dateline.
  • To be responsible for evaluating potential new vendors to be included into the approved vendor list.
  • To be responsible for carrying out review of current vendors from time to time.
